FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 9 as introduced will not directly affect state or local funding, but requires all federal funds made available to the state through the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 to be expended only within the coastal political subdivisions of the State (Mobile and Baldwin Counties).
