FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 9 as substituted and reported by the Committee on Health requires an employer to allow an individual to claim an exemption from COVID-19 vaccinations for medical reasons or religious beliefs. This bill would increase the administrative obligations of the Department of Labor to adjudicate claims by employers seeking to terminate individuals seeking such exemptions.
