FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 397 as passed the Senate could increase receipts to the State General Fund by $500 annually for each wine manufacturer licensed by the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Board to manufacture wine in a dry county for distribution outside of the dry county pursuant to this bill.
