FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 141 as passed the Senate would exempt Victims of Crime and Leniency, Inc. (VOCAL) from paying state, county, and municipal sales and use taxes. Based on information received from VOCAL Inc. for 2020, this bill would decrease sales and use tax receipts to the following funds by the following estimated amounts annually:
