FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 210 as passed the Senate provides further for asset forfeiture proceedings, including that the court may award proceeds from the sale of such forfeiture to the seizing agency and/or the prosecuting authority. This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
