FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 452 as passed the House of Representatives allows the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board to set multiple late renewal and late filing fees by rule. This bill would codify current practice of the board, which currently charges graduated and monthly late fees for certain licensees.
