FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 397 as introduced and as amended and reported by the Committee on Fiscal Responsibility and Economic Development allows the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Board to issue a wine manufacturer license that authorizes the licensee to manufacture wine in a dry county for distribution outside of the dry county. This bill could increase receipts to the State General Fund by an undetermined amount dependent on the number of wine manufacturers that apply for a license and license renewal to manufacture wine in a dry county.
