FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 392 as passed the House of Representatives would establish the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Obligation Transparency which would increase obligations of the Legislature by an estimated $1,860.00 per meeting of the Committee.

As substituted and reported by the Committee on Finance and Taxation General Fund, this bill removes the provisions creating the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Obligation Transparency, and instead will increase the obligations of the Contract Review Oversight Committee to review agreements by any agency or department receiving a direct appropriation from the State General Fund that would obligate more than $10,000,000 of the State General Fund appropriation in a future fiscal year or years.
