FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 390 as passed the House of Representatives would exempt the Birmingham Regional Paratransit Consortium, Inc., doing business as ClasTran, from state gasoline, motor fuel excise taxes, and inspection fees, which will decrease gasoline excise taxes and inspection fee receipts to the following funds by an undetermined amount for the remainder of the current fiscal year, and then annually as follows:
