FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 579 as introduced could increase the supervision obligations of the Board of Pardons and Paroles by an undetermined amount dependent on the number of inmates granted parole and that require supervision as provided by this bill. In addition, this bill could reduce obligations of the Department of Correction by an undetermined amount dependent on the number of inmates granted parole and are released from the custody of the Department.
