FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 594 as introduced could reduce receipts to (1) the several judges of probate or county general fund by $10 for issuing and recording marriage licenses and (2) the Domestic Violence Trust Fund by $60 for each marriage not recorded by a judge of probate. This bill could also reduce receipts for any additional marriage license fees prescribed by local law.
