FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 580 as introduced could increase the obligations of the Board of Pardons and Paroles, by an undetermined amount, dependent on (1) the number of inmates that have served 15 years of their sentence and are 55 years old that would receive a parole hearing due to the provisions of this bill and (2) the number of inmates that are subsequently released and would require supervision based on the provisions of this bill.
