FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 57 as passed the Senate will increase the administrative obligations of (1) the State Lands Division of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) by a small undetermined amount to provide approval regarding rights-of-way over unused public land managed by DCNR and (2) the controlling government entity of a road or highway to approve new access points from public unused land as provided by this bill. This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
