FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 96 as passed the House of Representatives increases the maximum combined total of dealer and motorcycle dealer license plates a used motor vehicle dealer may purchase from the Alabama Department of Revenue from five, currently, to ten. The registration fees for these dealer license plates are $25 each, as established by administrative rule of the Department.

This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
