FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 135 as amended and reported by the Committee on Agriculture and Forestry would increase the membership of the Joint Legislative Committee on State Parks from 12 members, currently, to 16 members, which would increase the obligations of the Legislature by a small undetermined amount dependent upon: (1) the number of meetings held outside of session; (2) if the additional committee members attend other state business on the same day; and (3) the amount of state travel allowance reimbursement that the additional members are entitled to for those meetings.
