FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 609 as introduced would allow the Alabama Innovation Corporation, created by House Bill 540 to (1) make matching grants of up to $250,000 to entities that have received a federal Small Business Innovation Research grant or a federal Small Business Technology Transfer Research grant and (2) set guidelines and priorities for awarding these matching grants.
