FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 315 as passed the House of Representatives could increase the obligations of the State General Fund by approximately $86 for each day a registrar works due to a reallocation of working days, as provided by this bill, that otherwise would have been unused up to the maximum annual number of workings days currently provided by law.
This bill could further increase the obligations of the State General Fund by an undetermined amount dependent upon any additional mileage, travel, or other expenses reimbursed to the board due to the reallocation of working days provided by this bill.
