Senate Bill 301 as introduced will not affect state or local funding.

As substituted and reported by the Committee on Banking and Insurance, would increase the administrative obligations of the Department of Insurance to compile and maintain records related to the bids received and grants awarded under the Strengthen Alabama Homes Program.
