FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 532 as amended and reported by the Committee on County and Municipal Government would increase the obligations of the State General Fund by an estimated $126,072 for each state death benefit payment made to a beneficiary or dependent of any municipal firefighter that dies as a result of a cancer diagnosis during the ten-year period after the firefighter's last date of employment.
