FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 423 as amended and reported by the Committee on State Government allows the use of multiple award contracts for the purchase of push to talk services through state competitive bid law. This bill could increase or decrease the obligations of state agencies by an undetermined amount dependent upon the pricing vendors would otherwise have submitted through a separate competitive bid process.
