FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 302 as passed the Senate would increase the obligations of the Alabama State Board of Occupational Therapy by an undetermined amount to develop a program to promote early identification, intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation of any impaired licensee and to provide operational expenses, including actual cost of travel, office overhead, and personnel expenses, to members of the Alabama Occupational Therapy Wellness Committee created by this bill.
