FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 151 as introduced would exempt the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge and Accepted Masons of Alabama and the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge F.&A.M. of Alabama from all state, county, and municipal fees and taxes, which would decrease receipts to the Education Trust Fund, State General Fund, Public School Fund, Soldiers’ Fund, and county and municipal funds and other funds into which local fees and taxes are deposited by an undetermined amount dependent upon the amount of taxes and fees owed that would now not be collected.

Additionally, all exemptions provided in this bill will end on September 30, 2026.
