FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 141 as introduced would exempt Victims of Crime and Leniency, Inc. (VOCAL) from paying state, county, and municipal sales and use taxes. Based on information received from VOCAL Inc., this bill will decrease sales and use tax receipts to the following funds, on average, by the following estimated amounts annually:
