FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 292 as passed the House of Representatives would reduce pistol permit receipts to the several counties by undetermined amounts, dependent upon the number of pistol permits issued at no cost to certain military members and veterans as provided by this bill. Pistol permit fees vary throughout the state, depending on the county and the length of time the permit is valid.
