FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 501 as amended and reported by the Committee on Boards, Agencies and Commissions allows certain occupational licensing boards to impose a waiver fee of half the renewal fee otherwise paid by a licensee that is incapacitated under certain conditions. This bill will not directly affect state or local funding.
