FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 280 as introduced would reduce the obligations of Troy University and Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical (A&M) University, by an undetermined amount, by prohibiting the use of in-kind or matching funds to support institutes affiliated with the Chinese government operating on its campuses, as provided by this bill.
