FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 43 as passed the Senate will increase the obligations of the Alabama Emergency Management Agency, the Alabama Association of Emergency Managers and the Association of County Commissions of Alabama, by an undetermined amount, to develop uniform guidelines regarding safer place facilities (for use during severe weather events) that meet the provisions of this bill by December 31, 2021.
