FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 201 as passed the House of Representatives allows tax land sales to occur on the premises of, or within, the courthouse or courthouse annex of the county and also allows the judge of probate to permit a designee to attend the sales on their behalf.

This bill is remedial, curative, and retroactive and will not directly affect state or local funding.
