FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 274 as passed the House of Representatives would increase the administrative obligations of the Alabama Board of Cosmetology by an undetermined amount, to license and regulate mobile salons which could be offset, wholly or in part, by any required license fees established by rule of the Board.
