FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 305 as substituted and reported by the Committee on Judiciary could increase receipts from fines to the State General Fund by $250 for each person charged with and convicted of the sale of drug paraphernalia within a 1,000 foot radius of an educational institution or a church.
