FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 467 as introduced provides that the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is responsible for the security of the perimeter and entry points of the State House. This bill codifies current practice of the Legislature, which has contracted with ALEA to provide these services for Fiscal Year 2021 at an estimated cost of $608,000.
