FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 125 as introduced mandates completion of a motorcycle riders course for operation of a motorcycle on public roads. This bill could increase the receipts of any public entity that provides such a course, approved by the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency, including the Alabama Traffic Safety Center at the University of Montevallo by an undetermined amount dependent upon any fees assessed by the entity.
