FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 190 as introduced allows the Public School and College Authority (PSCA) to use proceeds from the sale of bonds issued by the PSCA to pay for the cost of constructing, altering, improving, and equipping buildings and other facilities of the Dauphin Island Sea Lab for public educational purposes. This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
