Senate Bill 211 as introduced will not affect state or local funding.

As substituted and reported by the Committee on Governmental Affairs would increase receipts deposited into the Public Safety Fund of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency by a small undetermined amount from registration fees currently collected for all-terrain and off-highway vehicles that are currently required to be deposited into an off-road vehicle account in the State Treasury and used for the acquisition of off-road trail and use areas, and to fund a grant in-aid program to counties and municipalities for the same.
