FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 249 as introduced would decrease the administrative obligations of the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs by removing the responsibilities of monitoring economic incentives for call centers within the state and will increase the administrative obligations of the Department of Commerce by requiring the Department to now monitor the economic incentives of call centers within the state.
