FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 84 as passed the Senate adds one member of the Senate from the minority caucus and one member of the House of Representatives from the minority caucus to the Alabama Job Creation and Military Stability Commission. This will increase the obligations of the State General Fund by an estimated $480 per meeting to reimburse the two additional legislative members for legislative compensation, per diem and travel expenses for attending meetings of the commission except for when the Legislature is in session and reimbursement is limited to travel expenses only.
