FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 265 as introduced would increase the obligations of the Board of Examiners in Psychology by an undetermined amount to develop a program to promote early identification, treatment, and rehabilitation of any impaired licensee and to provide operational expenses, including actual cost of travel, office overhead, personnel expenses, and compensation to members of the Alabama Psychology Professionals Wellness Committee created by this bill. This increase in obligation could be offset, wholly or in part, by any program fees collected by the Board to provide for the operational expenses of the committee.
