FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 120 as introduced limits the authority of a municipality or county to regulate the installation and use of a battery-charged fence as defined in this act which could decrease potential receipts to municipal and county general funds by an undetermined amount dependent on the level at which the county or municipality would charge permits or fees for installation or use of a battery-charged fence.
