FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 28 as introduced increases the maximum combined total of dealer and motorcycle dealer license plates a used motor vehicle dealer may purchase from the Alabama Department of Revenue from five to ten. The registration fees for these dealer license plates are $25 each, as established by administrative rule of the Department.
