FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 133 as passed the Senate would eliminate: (1) the requirement to publish the Administrative Code in loose-leaf format, which would decrease the postage and printing costs of the Legislative Services Agency (LSA) by approximately $5500, and (2) the subscription charge for the Alabama Administrative Code and the Alabama Administrative Monthly, which would decrease receipts to LSA by an estimated $4,740 annually.
