FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 58 as introduced creates the Underground Damage Prevention Fund within the State Treasury and provides that any receipts that were intended to be paid into the Fund prior to the effective date of this bill shall be deposited into the Fund. This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
