FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 57 as introduced and as amended and reported by the Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry will increase the obligations of the State Lands Division of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources by a small undetermined amount to provide written approval regarding rights-of-way over unused public land. This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
