FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 24 as introduced and as amended and reported by the Committee on Banking and Insurance may increase the obligations of the Alabama Department of Insurance by an undetermined amount for additional administrative costs associated with the regulation of reinsurers. This bill would not otherwise affect state or local funding.
