FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 57 as introduced will increase the obligations of the State Lands Division of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources by a small undetermined amount to provide written approval regarding rights-of-way over unused public land. This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
