FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 133 as introduced would eliminate: (1) the requirement to publish the Administrative Code, and (2) the subscription charge for the Alabama Administrative Code and the Alabama Administrative Monthly, which would decrease receipts to the Legislative Services Agency by an estimated $4,740 annually, which would offset the estimated cost of $5,000 annually associated with printing fees.
