FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 110 as introduced could reduce receipts to the State General Fund and the Secretary of State Entity Fund by $17.50 and $7.50, respectively, for each certificate of existence fee the Secretary of State elects to waive.

According to Secretary of State, the average annual distributions from these fees are estimated to be $265,000 to the State General Fund and $114,000 to the Secretary of State Entity Fund.
