FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 123 as introduced could increase, by an undetermined amount, the financial and administrative obligations of the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs, subject to approval by the State Board of Veterans' Affairs, to educate, recognize and promote the mission of the State Board of Veterans' Affairs to veterans, the public, and other public agencies. This bill also clarifies the responsibilities that must be met by the counties to maintain a county service commissioner office.
