FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 80 as introduced provides that law enforcement officers assigned to the Investigation Division of the Department of Revenue shall receive the $12 daily subsistence allowance currently provided to certain other law enforcement officers, retroactive to October 1, 2019. This will not directly affect state or local funding, as this codifies current practice of the Department.
